Peter Foster 93f353626c Remove unverified ICO registration and VAT number references 
- Remove ICO Registration placeholder from footer
- Remove 'ICO registered' claims from about.php meta description
- Remove 'ICO registered' from web-scraping.php meta description and body copy
- Remove VAT No placeholder from footer
