Changed module resolution from Node16 to Bundler (with ESNext module) to properly resolve openclaw/plugin-sdk type exports. This fixes build errors where OpenClawPluginApi and jsonResult types were not being found. The Node16 module resolution was not following the re-exports in openclaw's plugin-sdk index.d.ts correctly.
